A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University’s Telecommunications Engineering Technology program, Aisatu has a diverse work history spanning various sectors including Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Project Management, General Operations, Client Relationship Management, Brand Management Strategy Implementation and Corporate Communications.
She joined the FirstBank Gambia team in February 2016. Prior to her appointment as the bank’s Head of Human Resources, Aisatu headed both the Business Development and Corporate Communications departments. She also covered the Company Secretariat desk for a period of one year managing all board-related matters.
She enjoys reading and cooking and has a keen interest in causes that promote a just and tolerant society.
